Construction Updates

Phase 1 & 2 are complete. The roads in Phase 3 were paved earlier this week and we should have registration of Phase 3 by September.  Home construction has started within Phase 1 and we expect to have up to 7 homes started this summer.

Windermere Water and Sewer Company Ltd. (WWSC) is presently boring the highway to install the water and sewer pipelines necessary to provide us with the service connections.  The installation of the piping along Timber Ridge Road and along the highway should be completed within a couple of weeks.  Once their sewage lagoons are lined we will be able to empty our sewage lagoons at the entrance by pumping directly thru the new piping.  The current estimate is that we will have this completed by the end of August.  We plan to start construction on Phase 4 during September.
