Construction Updates

October 12, 2010

We have completed all the underground servicies (water, sewer, hydro, cable, propane, and fibre optic), and have completed the road construction and paving within Stoddart Estates.  The road work to connect Stoddart Estates to the Baltac Road  / Hilltop Road intersection will be undertaken in April 2011. 

May 31, 2010

We have completed the landscaping of our entrance with the construction of a rock wall and planting of ornamental shrubs and grasses and trees.

April 30, 2010

We have completed Phase 4 with the paving of the roads this week; the subdivision should be registered at Land Titles by early July and on the market.

Nov 6, 2009

We have been informed by the Windermere Water and Sewer Company Ltd. and Parr Utilities Ltd. (together "WWSC") that, effective 3:00pm on November 6, 2009, WWSC will begin delivering filtered treated water to Pedley Heights that meets the new stringent drinking water quality requirements regulated by Interior Health.  The water treatment facility located on the east side of the highway has received Interior Health approval to commence delivery from the new Treatment Plant.  While the water was always chlorinated, it is now treated in a multi stage filtration plant that includes Ultra Violet treatment.   

It is among the first sophisticated water treatment sytems to be installed outside of a municipality across the Province of BC since the new water quality requirements were mandated.  In our valley, it is the first such treatment plant for drinking water that is sourced from Lake Windermere. 

We are very proud to have Pedley Heights serviced by WWSC, as they truly provide municipal quality drinking water and sewage treatment.

Oct 1, 2009

Phase 1, 2 and 3 are complete. Phase 4 is almost complete with completion slated for April 2010.  Home construction has started within Phase 1 by Windwood Homes on Lot 5 and Sharon & Barry Larson on Lot 11.

Our water and sewer connections to Windermere Water and Sewer Company Ltd. (WWSC) were completed October 2008 and are fully operational.

We have eliminated the 4 year Building Commitment from all lots.
