Amenities
The Developer’s vision is to provide the following recreational
amenities for the Pedley Heights development through the Pedley Heights
Community Association:
· Beautiful sandy beach with landscaped terraces and
off street parking;
· Proposed day use dock and boat moorage in the Beach
Bay;
· Developed footpaths throughout the development providing
links between amenities;
· Community Centre with wading pool, indoor heated swimming
pool, outdoor year round hot tub, extensive lounge areas, and patio
BBQ;
· Tennis court;
· Sand volleyball court; and
· Parkland and playground.
